| The difference your gift makes
…
Our success rate with children is
a direct result of the exemplary treatment services the Home provides
beyond what the government reimburses for these services. For every
$2 the government provides, $1 comes from community support.

Support Champions
for Children
Every fall, Helping Hand Home for Children holds our annual
Champions for Children Awards Luncheon at the Marriott at the
Capitol. The awards luncheon honors childcare workers and volunteers
for exemplary work with and dedication to children in need.
Join HHH as a sponsor or attend the event and help us support
Central Texas' Champions for Children. Participate
in the Home's annual Gala
Every spring, the Home puts on a Gala that is open to the
public. Individual tickets, advertising in the Gala program,
major gifts and corporate sponsorships contribute to the Home's
annual operating budget.
Conduct a fundraising
event to benefit the Home
Each year community groups conduct their own fundraising events
to benefit the Home, such as Rotary Club of Austin's annual
Christmas Party for the children, Harte-Hanks's generous truckload
of Christmas gifts purchased and hand-wrapped by their employees,
Broadwing employees' annual school supply drive, and Austin
area motorcyclists' annual Toy Run.
