Therapeutic Child Care Specialists
If you are looking for an opportunity to help change children’s lives and gain valuable experience in the field of social services, this is the job for you. Therapeutic Child Care Specialists provide direct care and treatment to emotionally disturbed children. Treatment is the central focus at Helping Hand Home for Children. Several Full-Time and Part-Time positions and shifts (morning, afternoon and overnight) are available. Must be flexible with hours and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Helping Hand Home provides a comprehensive two week paid training and orientation prior to working directly with children, plus opportunity for advancement based on performance. A genuine desire to work with children and ability to handle stressful situations is required. We are seeking individuals with a calm and professional demeanor. Social Services degree and experience is preferred.
